Upper management discusses reverse hierarchy however upper management always places themselves above others at the expense of the lower caste . Work hard to line the pockets of upper management. Very cut throat, big emphasis on recruiting new agents while current agents struggle to survive financially. They have no conscious nor soul, turn over huge as they continue to recruit unsuspecting people with promises of “ work the system the system works” aka yo line management pockets for you will eventually leave , lose all your residuals. Rolex wearing frauds as to entice you to drink the kook aid as they run off with your money and first born child, sacrificial icial lambs. Wolves !! Devil is amongst us and wears Prada /Rolex. After first year will do well, then after 2nd year , then third the finish line keeps moving with nothing to show.
