Hard to say, the upper management is only out for themselves. Sink or Swim, if its not for you get out ASAP

Always living out of a suitcase, If your a habitual liar this is your perfect job, its commission only and you pay for all your expenses, sometimes sharing a room with a nasty, smelly individual. Its cold calling and they falsify their "herding" techniques while using friends, family and neighbors names like they know them to pressure rural farmers into insurance products. Pros

Fast commission turnaround. High percentage commissions. 4 years fully vested renewal income for length of contracts.

Cons

Sink or swim mentality. You are competing against your managers. High turnover. Living out of motels on your own dime. Lots of "Requirements" but you are a contract employee. However, if you don't fall in line you do not get leads. Aggressive and generally immoral selling techniques.
