Performance Staffing Solutions has given me the opportunity to succeed as a recruiter and surpass my goals. It is so nice that the owners, Kristen and Jaime, will sit down with us anytime or take our phone call outside of working hours if we have an issue. Tracy, the Managing Director, is available by phone 24/7 if we have a question about a client or to help us with an issue. I have also gained personal growth through the years of working for them; Tracy works with our scheduled to make sure we have a work/life balance. I have had career and financial growth without having to ask for it. Our staff gets included in a lot of the decision making. I love my clients and have the flexibility to fill my positions without someone always checking over my shoulder. I would highly suggest looking into a career opportunity with Performance Staffing Solutions.
Cons
We had some turnover with both account executives and recruiters in 2015; overall it has been productive turn over as we now have a team that I can count on as well as builds me up. Some of those “negative” coworkers that have left allow us to give better service and work towards the same goal.
