Growing company with a good reputation within its' industry.
Cons
Executive management communication is poor at best. Talk about caring for their employees but actions speak very differently - very late to no reviews, lack of compensation adjustments, long hours without recognition, and complete disregard for work/life balance. Low moral of employees in general.
