Pros
I learned alot from working here which was great. Pay was competitive. Had good experiences with senior management. Some of them really know their jobs and are effective at them.
Cons
Never saw a review, raise or bonus. HR is a COMPLETE joke, unprofessional from the top down. Work life-balance, well there wasnt really any balance at all. Had bad experiences with senior management. Some of them had only know how to push people, which is fine in getting results, but good luck keeping solid employees.
