Small team, start up within a larger company

The pandemic made this company grow too fast for itself. Lots of new hires were add without being properly vetted for fit within the team. Communication broke down horribly when business picked up and the company went remote. New management would like to have only "yes" people who keep there heads down and don't ask questions.
