They sell you a hope and dream then it’s a whole different ball game once you start. Leadership is trash and messy. No real good communication skills. Majority of the leadership there is from Sundance so that should explain a lot. That’s neither here nor there. Take everything with a grain of salt from them. No room for improvement. Favoritism shows early on. No room to make mistakes. That’s how you gain experience. They over hired expecting to be at a certain level when the expectations did not get met now you are firing. People left jobs coming to work for Perimeter expecting to grow. Don’t even give employees a fair shot.
