Poor Management They accept the worst possible CPS and Juvenile cases, acuity is ridiculous. All day is spend breaking up fights. We did not have the means to manage such kids. Staff constantly getting hit. They expect aggressive 16 year olds to sit down and color for 5 hours of free time daily. Therapy groups were a joke, 5 minute check in sheet and then free time. Constantly understaffed
