It's not safe to work here - Registered Nurse Perimeter Healthcare Employee Review

No security. They accept any violent patient despite not having safe guards in place to prevent staff and other patients from getting hurt. I was tired of having to do at minimum 3 restraints per shift. To put things in perspective, I now work at a different facility and have done 2 restraints in the last year. This place left a bad taste in my mouth for a long time. It's simply not safe to work here. They need to hire security and have a safe staff to patient ratio.
