Pros
The kids, that’s literally the only pro about the building and the impact some of the staff make to break up the same day chaos for them.
Cons
Poor, very poor floor staff management, no communication, unreachable or not even in the building. New staff is not trained properly, and then made to do “group therapy” with the kids, which is usually giving them a coloring page for a toddler. The atmosphere is toxic and unsafe. When concerns are voiced, they fall on deaf ears. Worst of all is the pay, it’s a joke. Staffing ratios are outside of state requirements.
