Pros

The kids are fantastic. Yeah they have their moments but they are the whole point of the job. Supervisors are generally nice.

Cons

They will drive to your house to pick you up if you call out sick or are unable to drive and belittle you for calling out, you're constantly out of ratio (9:1 sometimes), they don't hire qualified MHTs they hire bodies. Kids have been known to and threaten to jump new hires the second they are alone.
