Pros

Long time between calls. Little oversight so you can do whatever you want as long as you get the basics done in time.

Cons

Inconsistent feedback. Negligent managers. Lack of communication in teams. Bad at giving out tasks evenly. Managers will tell you things and then never follow through on them. The sales team is basically immune to criticism and won't take calls and will blame you.

Pros

Periscope Holdings has a great leadership team that actually listens to you. In the 5 years that I have been an employee I have seen dramatic changes for the better. Many of our departments are remote only. Periscope is also a heavy advocate for work/life balance.

Cons

I can't think of any negative aspects of the company or my employment.
