Pros

Flexibility in schedule. Work life balance is reasonable. People are friendly and can make the day to day life bearable. That’s all.

Cons

If you work in the Austin office, there is plenty of opportunity to grow and advance with the company. If you work in the Utah office, they don’t care about who you are nor offer opportunities to grow. Oh and by the way, any experience you gain here, you cannot take it with you to a similar company. They have you sign a non compete and if you wind up leaving to another company that they deem might be a competitor, they will swiftly threaten legal action against you.

Pros

Periscope Holdings has a great leadership team that actually listens to you. In the 5 years that I have been an employee I have seen dramatic changes for the better. Many of our departments are remote only. Periscope is also a heavy advocate for work/life balance.

Cons

I can't think of any negative aspects of the company or my employment.
