Easy work as you are answering phone calls and answering emails. Customers run into to problems with document process.

Cons

If you are antisocial and introvert this job is perfect but if you are in extravert this job is not for you. 8 hours day in your home.

Pros

Periscope Holdings has a great leadership team that actually listens to you. In the 5 years that I have been an employee I have seen dramatic changes for the better. Many of our departments are remote only. Periscope is also a heavy advocate for work/life balance.

Cons

I can't think of any negative aspects of the company or my employment.
