Pros

I work as a customer service specialist at Perkin in Krakow and I must say I love it there. It is a really good job, there is nothing to complain about. Despite that I just know that I dont have a long future there as my interest and my heart drives me towards other directions. But the company itself is really good, specially with their pro life way of managment it is good to be a part of them.

Cons

They don't have that many opportunities after all for changing department. The work is not challenging. The growth, a promotion is gotten after 2 years which in customer service demotivates people.

Pros

Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

Cons

Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
