People are great and company treats you well. They constantly acknowledge employees for exceptional work. I would recommend PerkinElmer as it is a good place to work.
Cons
Bonus could be bigger and yearly increases or merit bonuses could be larger as well. Organization can be relatively flat which means not a lot of room for promotions.

Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.
Cons
Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
