Pros
Company is dealing with organized customer will feel good while working in field you will be dealing with customer, as most of them are Scientist & Lab analysis, also many Government customers are there in which most of the people you deal are mostly highly qualified like, Scientist Lab analysis also feel good as your behavior get change drastically when you deal with such good people for a longer time, mostly we are manufacturer & service provider of Analytical instrument and potential customer are really organized, I worked for more than 4 years really had very good time dealing with customer issues and solving them while on field
Cons
Irrespective of having such a wonderful customer database Management is really pathetic, they really lack the sense of understanding customer issues & their grievances more over the labor turn over is very high and company not putting any efforts on retrieving the staff, they have started losing their best of best employees by not taking care of issue which they are facing in daily work life, small issues are not getting resolved on time , and involving upper management for resolving small small issue due to which more time is getting consumed and results are getting delayed, new employess having lack of information about the company and are taking the wrong dession .. due to which quality of services are degrading day by day .. PerkinElmer call them self as sleeping giant really they are, and when they woke up they might realize their over confidance has really killed themself. hope someday latter better management may come & will think about doing good for the company and for its growth and success.
