Pros
The company provides all of the tools you need to succeed: phone, computer, car, and appropriate software to manage your territory through SFDC and ShowPad. The front-line people, sales, service, apps, and factory are the backbone of the company and there are many experienced, dedicated folks working to take care of our customers.
Cons
Management rules with an iron fist from the center out. With recent layoffs and restructure, there is alot of fear in the company that another shoe will eventually drop.
