      Pros

      Smart and good coworkers. This is a real asset of the company. Some of them are real experts! Flexible time, company vehicle and stuff, paid overtime.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Bosses only care about quarterly and annual numbers to get their big bonus check. No focus on employees. Too many reorganizations every year!! Good specialists were cut laid off. Bonuses and benefits for regular staff being cut by any stupid reasons every year. Bad work/life balance.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
