      Generally nice people, decent products Some valuable patents Laid back dresscode and good ambiance among line workers

      Cons

      Peopled with has-beens resulting in imited vision, ambition, upper management copying the strategic vision and buzz words from other companies Rampant politics, I guess like everywhere but more so here, I worked for four companies after as a benchmark

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
