      Determined to look good to their customers

      Cons

      They look through everything they do with rose tinted glasses. For perkinelmer, everything they do is the high way. No respect for their employees. Management have no idea what’s going on in their team. There’s no support. All of this contributes to a horrible working life. Also no progression, they do not value your hard work or going above an beyond. Benefits of the job are poor too.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
