      great people workig on a interesting mix of products despite difficulties with management direction and decisions based on how Wall Street thinks.

      Cons

      company does not really have clear direction and the different sections of businesses don't work together to present a complete solution to market segments

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
