      No pros nothing good about the company at least the contract in University of Loughborough Charnwood campus Covid lighthouse project

      Cons

      Bad treatment of employees Aerotek that managed the staff are horrible staffing agency Dishonest about actual wages No paid holidays go back to like 20 years ago

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
