Lighthouse lab (uk) Managment/ supervisors often treating staff like children. Some supervisors have attempted to dictate to staff when they are allowed to go to the toilet. Repeatedly told that management are open to suggestions about how to improve and streamline process, even when suggestions made through correct channels those who made the suggestion have been told to not to get ‘ideas above their station’.
