Pros
Learned a lot of new skills, including mobile. Training was good. Worked with extremely high quality software developers and QA
Cons
They do not have a good software vision. The management team is all over the place. Very little information is trickled down from the top to the developers. As a result you never know what is going on or where you are headed. Focus and goals and projects are subject to change out from under you, drastically, at literally at any moment. They just don't seem to know what their goal is...
