      Excellent concepts, automation, instrument design and intent to innovation for the future

      Cons

      Many instruments with half-baked designs and systemic errors remain unaddressed. Market and sell poorly performing products to customers with full knowledge they are prone to malfunction/failure. Significant outsourcing. Zero respect or consideration for foundational level workers. Awful pay scale for personnel, highly-skewed to senior 'leadership' & business managers

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
