      Pros

      Remote work is great. Product is really great too. People are smart and knowledgeable and a few are nice although they are really in sales.

      Cons

      People are also standoffish and confrontational. They avoid contact by never showing faces and it really gets awkward. Hours are long and there is pressure to account for hours which is stressful.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
