Pros
Reasonable work/life expectations. They don't treat you like slave drivers and have reasonable expectations. The work is very independent if that's what you enjoy. Don't expect a lot of good internal support though. They will probably confuse you more than help you.
Cons
There is a lot of internal confusion and it feels like you can never get a consistent answer about the processes. You constantly get different directions, sometimes conflicting directions from different managers who have different approaches and you want to pull your hair out because you're left feeling paralyzed and not knowing what to do. Everyone wants to feel they are good at what they do and that rewarding feeling is not something you'll find here. You are treated well in that you have good work life balance and you aren't expected to work unreasonably long hours but it feels worse to have short days where you feel you couldn't accomplish anything meaningful and you're a chicken with your head cut off. The internal disorganization really made me dislike the job and I've heard that echoed from a couple colleagues.
