      Pros

      Lax work discipline. Support functions, particularly finance team, not appearing at work (including the head). Poor response from finance department.

      Cons

      Vendors not able to receive payments on time. Have to follow up for payment issues with finance team frequently. High turnover in finance department. Those who remains are those with poor work attitude and are inefficient in work.

      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

      Cons

      There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
