Pros
Some fantastic people. The staff are really proud of what they do, and want to make sure it is done right.
Cons
Upper management doesn't seem to fully trust the abilities of the staff. This has placed an emphasis on acquisitions instead of internal development - which makes the place less fun than in the past. Difficult to get promoted above a certain level, since many managers are hired from outside.
