      Best thing in allegan, mi

      Cons

      Mandated weekends, healthcare is becoming less and less, bonuses becoming less and less, lack of leadership/ ownership. No way to move up without college. Seniority means nothing.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
