      Pros

      They care about their employees. Great benefits, vacation, and tuition reimbursement. They invest a lot of training and classes into their employees.

      Cons

      It is very regimented, necessary because of FDA regulations but still cumbersome. The fact that they invest so much time into their employees is a double edge sword because competition is high for open positions.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
