Big categories and brands to work on in healthcare and exposure to all the big retailers if you're in the right functions. Smart people leading each function however potential for more external experience Ability to own the direction and strategy of your brand/category/customer In-office culture was incredible

Internally focused, resulting in lowest ever TAG survey results - last place in healthcare Monthly cycle is intense and results in little time to focus on delivering things for the customer Low pay for the size of the business you're looking after Progression only if you show up well to the exec. vs quality of work & delivering outcomes Little/no decision making or trust, several check-ins before anything is presented to anyone internally and always questions on how you got to your recommendation vs trusting this was done right between you & your manager Resource constrained from a people perspective A supply chain no one would be envious of (great people but poor systems resulting in terrible measures) Systems & process barely exist (may be a positive if thats what you like)
