      Great benefits, fabulous corporate culture

      Limited growth potential. Company is growing so quickly it is easier for them to hire qualified people outside the organization than to educate, train and promote from within.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
