Pros
Ok location a little ruff, lots of overtime, and work is straight forward and easy.
Cons
Work and task are repetative and unchallanging. Most upper Supervisors and Management have been with the company for decades and are closeminded to new ideas or any one or thing that challenges the status quo, making the implentation of current teachnology and new ideas extreamly difficult. Union workers are hard working and dedicate but a few rotten apples spoil the bunch, there is a lack of effective enforcement by upper management and especially HR. Leading to repetitive offenders delaying processes or pushing of work on to other employees. The lack of enforcement encourages habitual laziness and short cuts from a small group of employees.
