      Has a lot of room for growth and mostly everyone is willing to help out and share their knowledge.

      The company seems to run too lean, employee's taking more task on top of their day to day job.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
