Pros
Great insurance benefits, holidays off, and a neat employee relations committee (provides cookouts, massages, etc), business is successful and loyal to its shareholders.
Cons
No real place for breastfeeding moms to pump that isn't also shared by other departments, despite several proposals to HR. Shouldn't have to schedule appointments around others' use of the room, which is also not set up with privacy to allow more than one mom to pump at a time. Overall, not as BF friendly, then again, Perrigo is a major manufacturer of infant formula. Also disappointed that maternity leave is only 50% pay for 6 weeks. As a company that prides itself on providing quality affordable healthcare, this is surprising and disheartening for those hoping to start or grow their families.
