      Pros

      Great company to work for fresh out of college to gain experience. Great training program in the lab. Benefits are not costly.

      Cons

      You always begin as a contract worker. There is no set time to how long it will take to become hired in. Once you are hired in, you are stuck with an off shift (2nd, 3rd, or weekends). There is a build up of employees in the QC lab on 1st shift that are very happy where their position, which means it will take awhile to switch to 1st shift.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
