      Flexible, room to grow in the company, generous with time off and compensation.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of fire fighting in many departments and responsibilities don't always have a clear person in charge which causes confusion and workload issues.

      Pros

      I am a contractor. The pay is decent from Perrigo and the contracting company. The benefits are okay. The work is fine too.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Upper management seems to have no idea what they are doing. They will say they are implementing a new program to improve transparency or something, but nothing changes. Then layoffs will occur. Lay offs seem to be yearly.
