Pros

Depending on the team you would be lucky to get a group that is fun and open to ideas for simplicity,as there are many systems to track and gather information from.

Cons

HR staff is very disconnected and not helpful in fact they try their best to make matters worse, they do not try to help rectify or give you solutions to rectify instances they past blame rather than hear out the situation, I felt as thou I was just another employee and not a part of a team.

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
