Pros

Many good team members, if they are left to execute on their own. Decent pay, decent discount on many brands. If you have a manager to buffer the ranting and bad decisions and directions of the top execs, you are lucky

Cons

CEO, COO, Treasurer run the company like a dictator state. They think they are still in Cuba. Bad decision makers. Prejudice, favoritism, and nepotism run rampant. Raises are given by the top execs, not performance. HR is non existent because it is run by the family. Every decision is made by the family. Shareholders beware.

Pros

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
