Good benefits, Reasonable PTO, Overtime

Cons

Says they are family focused when it is only the upper management that is focused on, upper management will take credit for ideas given, overtime was extremely short noticed and mandatory, didn't handle pandemic well and laid off employees that were about to (5 years or less) enter retirement, used or on FMLA, or weren't their "yes" people. Stay away and find a better environment to work in.

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
