      Pros

      Great for those that want to get their foot in the door for retail. Sometimes it does take a while to get an interview. After a year in your initial department you can apply to other positions and get promoted to another department. There are some great managers and VP’s and people that work there.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average. But again, get your experience and leave. Morale is low. CEO only cares about sales. COVID hit and they waited until the last minute to let us work from home. They were very unprepared. Not enough laptops. And then the forced people to go back to work a few months later while other companies were still implementing work from home. They need to have control so therefore you need to be in the office.

      Pros

      From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
