No hands on training or welcoming by team. You are sat at the desk and management hopes that the video training helps you (which until you start doing actual work it doesn’t.) Bad communication amongst sales team (left out of important meetings, not shared documents that are crucial for job performance,) Terrible management unfortunately due to out of touch older/boomers running the teams who are not proper leaders, unhelpful, no respect, or inclusion for the younger employees (20-30s) I’ve overheard a VP say “I'm glad she left I was getting tired of her” “These young kids don’t know how to work” etc. I asked about a promotion after 2 years due to taking on more work and job performance & was told we don’t have the $$. Yet they are giving other employees promotions/title changes, hiring new people and there are different salaries amongst same positions and it’s all depending when they were hired. Even the HR manager left before a year. Unflexible with WFH but other employees have special privileges (2/3 days home when the rule is 1) and if you ask you get shot down with no real answer. No equality
