exposure to many customers, countries, product & approval processes. nice people

Cons

run like a jv sports team in high school. catty leaders of divisions, no growth-- don't even think about asking- it means you are threatening someones job as opposed to attempting to grow your role and overall business contributions. no communication between departments, strange full staff meetings where nothing is accomplished

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
