Pros

At Persistent, leadership puts a strong focus on staying up to date with the latest technology and tools, including adopting AI and GenAI in day-to-day work. Lots of opportunities and trainings that help employees learn new tech and stay current, which is a big plus. Hiring process is simple. There are also several departments across the company with different competencies and client work, which can be helpful if you’re trying to find your niche. The work itself is competitive and keeps you engaged. A bit underrated.

Cons

Things can feel a bit unorganized at times and not as streamlined as some larger companies. That said, the work still gets done. Perks and benefits are fairly basic, nothing too fancy.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
