Pros

1) You are given intensive technology training. They have full fledged training department which always is aimed at training employees with new technologies. 2) Very employee friendly. If you are joining as a fresher, this is a heaven. You will be given a live project with lot of responsibilities which helps to mould you professionally. 3) No dress code. 4) Flexi timings 5) Great food (lunch and snacks) inside the office cafeteria. Although some amount is deducted for food, but your time is saved as good quality and full fledged food is available inside the office. 6) Lot of cultural, sports and technical activities are carried out.

Cons

1) To some extent transparency in the management is lacking. 2) Transport system which used to be free, now is being charged. 3) They can't retain the talent. As a result freshers learn a lot from this company and switch to other company with higher CTC.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
