Pros

- The work environment is quite friendly. - A good starting pay.

Cons

-The annual pay hike is quite marginal. -In my case, ended up in the wrong project. Wanted to go in to development but was assigned manual testing. There is no choice given to select your own stream. Had to leave the company as I got frustrated with this. -Many of the employees lack effective communication skills. - Normally, you get assigned to some project rather than being on bench. But, the number of people on bench had gradually increased by the time I left due to ramp down of projects. -The company doesn't seem to be growing at a good pace.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
