Pros

You will get Lunch, evening snacks 25 days leave/yr and insurance for you and your family.

Cons

The leaves are not for carry forward anymore. They have changed policy and the leaves will lapse if not taken. Also, they will not encash the remaining leave when you leave the company. Internet allowance is revoked. The food, insurance, gratuity, and PF will be deducted from your salary. The variable pay is getting less and less each year. The promotion is dependent on you being a top talent or how many months you have completed in that role which is strictly followed even if 1 day less then you will not be considered for promotion in that quarter and have to wait till the next quarter.

Pros

Persistent Systems provides good learning opportunities, supportive teams, and exposure to real client-facing projects. The work environment is professional, and employees get chances to improve technically, take ownership, and grow with the right guidance.

Cons

Since I am still relatively new to the organization, I have not experienced any major cons that need to be highlighted at this point. So far, the overall experience has been positive, and I am still learning more about the company culture, processes, and long-term growth opportunities.
