Pros
Founded in 2011, the company had a highly talented and motivated team. The organization was flat and inspired a lot of creativity.
Cons
As the company grew, hierarchy and politics started to develop. The company kept hiring more and more managers from outside, while early employees didn't get much space to grow. Eventually, many talented early employees left for better opportunities, leaving the new managers trying to figure out the science and business logic.
